Ordering

You can easily place your order in the webshop. Select the products you want to order, add them to your cart. Afterwards, enter your contact details and billing details. Then you choose the method of delivery: send to a specific address or pick up. Confirm your order by pressing the button with the caption “place order”. You will then be asked to select your payment method and then proceed to checkout.

Shipping costs vary by product and destination. You can make a choice in the checkout, after which you can immediately see the fees that are charged.

‍Shipment

Shipments are shipped twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays. We are a small company that makes, fills and packs the seed bags ourselves for the mail. We cannot offer a “ordered today, delivered tomorrow”, but we are committed to fast delivery. A delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to terminate the purchase or pay compensation. SILENE is not liable for loss, theft or damage during shipping. Provided delivery addresses that are incorrect may result in additional costs for the buyer. In the event of loss of goods due to the provision of an incorrect delivery address, all additional costs will be borne by the customer.
