Return policy

At SILENE, we do everything we can to make you happy with our flower seeds and products. Below you can find our return policy, which has been drawn up in accordance with Belgian legislation for online purchases.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the legal right to make your purchase 14 days to cancel after receipt without giving a reason. Of course, we would love to hear why the products did not meet your expectations. This withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the goods.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be observed:

1. Unopened packaging: We only accept returns of seed packages that unopened and in its original condition are. Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened or damaged packages, because in that case we can no longer guarantee the quality of the seeds.
2. Return request: Register your return within the 14-day withdrawal period via our contact form or by sending us an email. After your report, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Refund process

Once we have received and checked the returned products, the refund will be received 14 days processed. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used when purchasing, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return

1. Pack unopened products carefully to prevent damage during transport.
2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice in the return.
