Nicotiana alata 'Heaven Scent Mix' is one of the parents of the modern Nicotiana varieties. Originally this was an evening flowering plant: the flowers remained closed during the day and only opened in the evening, with an intoxicating scent as a bonus. The modern cultivars also remain open during the day, but unfortunately most of them have also lost their scent! This variety is a mixture of tall growing (80 cm) plants, ideal for the border, and with a 'heavenly scent'!

Sow indoors from March to May, transplant later.

Blooms from June to October. Remove dead flowers for continuous blooming.
